I sit at the intersection of engineering, research, and ops, and enjoy owning both the infrastructure that turns raw data into decisions and the cross-functional work that gets it adopted. Most recently I've been working at a climate-focused investment firm, where I've taken on full ownership of the data and cloud infrastructure following the CTO's departure, while also running the climate research it feeds. Before that I worked as a quant trader, where I building statistical fitting pipelines and wrote low latency trading algorithms in a custom programming language.
